Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview
By participating in the Quibits IT Solutions Referral Program (“Program”), you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. This Program is designed to reward individuals who refer new clients to Quibits IT Solutions (“Company”).
2. Eligibility
The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old. Employees of Quibits IT Solutions and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Referral Submission
To submit a referral, participants must complete and submit the Google Form with all required information. Referrals must be submitted before the referred client engages with Quibits IT Solutions. Referrals must include accurate and truthful information about the referred client.
4. Referral Acceptance
The referred client must be a new client to Quibits IT Solutions and not an existing or previous client. Quibits IT Solutions reserves the right to accept or reject any referral at its sole discretion.
5. Referral Reward
Participants will earn a referral reward of 1% of the total project cost for every successful referral. A referral is considered successful if the referred client signs a contract with Quibits IT Solutions and completes the project. The reward will be calculated based on the final project cost, excluding taxes and any additional fees.
6. Payment of Referral Reward
Referral rewards will be processed and paid within 30 days of the project completion. Payments will be made via bank transfer or another agreed-upon method. Participants are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with receiving the referral reward.
7. Limitations
There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can submit. Participants cannot refer themselves or their own companies.
8. Confidentiality
Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information related to the referred client and Quibits IT Solutions. Any misuse of confidential information will result in disqualification from the Program and potential legal action.
9. Modifications and Termination
Quibits IT Solutions reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s website. In the event of Program termination, participants will still receive rewards for any referrals submitted and accepted prior to the termination date.
10. Disqualification
Quibits IT Solutions reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
11. Disclaimer
Quibits IT Solutions makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the Program, including the availability or accuracy of the referral rewards.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Quibits IT Solutions is based.
